Our Featured Tea Party
The darling Miss R celebrated her sixth birthday as a "Princess for the Day", our most loved party theme. Snuggled beneath the shade of century old oak trees in her parents' quaint White City home, Miss R's friends sipped tea, played dress up and made beautiful childhood memories.Four generations of family came together for this special day. Her Great-Grandmother received the honor of tying a dainty bow around her waist, fitting her into her Princess dress. Grandma and her aunts enjoyed helping the children during the games. Miss R's proud mother loved watching her little girl feeling special as Princess for the Day. Once Upon a Tea Party feels honored to have been a part of such a special and darling occasion. Happy Birthday Miss R. Thank you for letting us feature your fabulous Tea Party! May six be a year full of tiaras, tea & sweetness!

Princess for a Day Party
Once Upon a Tea Party delivers a day of big indulgences for the little princesses in your life! Dressed in Princess gowns, jewelry, shoes, make-up/nails, your guests will enjoy a Royal Tea, sipping from our collection of antique china. Each little beauty takes home a portrait keepsake from the day! Birthday Princess walks down the red carpet and is crowned with a beautiful silver tiara and has a Princess for a Day sash and receives her flowers at that time. Each guest follows and is announced as a Princess. Watch your little girl shine as a Princess for a Day!

Pink Poodle Party
Once Upon a Tea Party delivers a day of arts, crafts and fun to this party. Your guests will enjoy an afternoon of building their own pink plush poodles. We bring all of the supplies necessary to stuff and decorate their very own Pink Poodle. You will smile as the girls enjoy their tea party and especially the Pink Poodle sugar glazed cookies. Watching each girl name their poodle and fill out the birth certificate is the icing on the day. Tuck your birthday girl in with her new favorite friend and smile knowing that her little friends will be talking about their poodles for months to come!

Once Upon a Tea Party packs a full "Girls Event" into an afternoon tea party complete with make-up, nails and Dress Up "to the nines". At this party the girls will walk down the red carpet and may even have to work with the paparazzi (Mom's with cameras!) Feeling glamorous is welcome at any age, especially for a birthday. Your guests will each have a photoshoot and receive their photos as souvenirs of this special day. Let your little glamour girl glow as her own beauty shines from the inside out!

Once Upon a Tea Party pampers it's guests with luxurious relaxation. Most popular with our Tween hostesses who just love to be with their friends!A a delicious spalicious menu is served over a relaxing afternoon of mini facials and silk hand treatments. Around the table together your girls will create a spa craft and receive with makeup and nail polish. The party takes spa day to the Tween level by having the girls take part in a Crazy Toe nail polish contest. You will laugh seeing what they dream up!This party will leave your girls feeling refreshed, relaxed and cool!

Fairy Princess Party
Once Upon a Tea Party delivers magic with the Fairy Princess Party. A favorite among our little ladies. It is the ultimate day of make-believe. Guests are bestowed with their own fairy wings, gown and a garland for their hair. Each princess will enjoy a day of knowing how it feels to really be a fairy. Each girl will step into the fairy circle and receive a sprinkle of fairy dust and be honored with a special fairy name. She may be your little angel, but she wants to be a Fairy Princess!

Groovy Party
Once Upon a Tea Party brings high energy retro fun to the Groovy Girl Party. This party is most popular with girls in the ages of 8-12. All of your guests will have the chance to indulge in make-up, nail polish and come dressed in their grooviest outfit. Each girl will let her individual personality shine when they take the microphone and perform to a groovy favorite for her adoring friends. A groovy lunch starts the party followed with a game of Groovy Bingo and making retro bracelets. The finale is karaoke and the girls picking out their favorite song to perform solo or with a friend.

Once Upon a Tea Party loves pink!! Based upon the children's book by Victoria Kann, "Pinkalicious", every element possible is delivered in pink. Your guests are asked to wear pink from head to toe. Pink lemonade is served with sweet pink frosted cupcakes! Pinkalicious themed games and a live reading of the book are the highlight of this fun theme.Our Pinkalicious party will have you singing "Think Pink" for days! The little jar of pink candy favors will keep your guests thinking pink too!!

Meet the Tea Party Planner
My first inspiration was given to me by my granddaughters, who enjoyed their first tea party when they came to visit. I've continued to spread this wonder by creating Once Upon a Tea Party. Now as a party planner I focus on making sure that parents can experience the party right along with their children. Instead of hosting, they too are playing and living in that moment. I love hosting these events and hand selecting all of the precious details that make them special. One of my greatest pleasures is giving back to our local community. Once Upon a Tea Party supports Riverside Children's Theatre by designing a special children's Christmas tree each year at the "Festival of Trees" and also donating one to Tykes and Teens in Jensen Beach. Other party donations have gone to Hibiscus Children's Center, St. Anastasia, John Carroll High School, Maitland Farms, St. Andrews, The Royal Palms of St. Lucie County, Buggy Bunch and March of Dimes. Starting with the tea party and having dress-up, make-up, games, craft and individual photos are what makes our parties a truly memorable occasion.
